If possible, we will put in a dock that will allow us to do all our planned water tournaments, events & activities and a launching ramp.
Also, we should also consider constructing a “floating parking dock” for the future houseboats.
Service vehicles will have to have access to “parking dock” to the septic and water tanks, electricity, and so forth. So, it should be more like a pier.
There are a number of beautiful beaches in St. Laurent, so that makes it much more perfect.

We will create a Corridor (similar to the Corridor Bridge in Calgary) from the Event Centre to the Arena. With all the LED Screens and LED floors, as possible. On the ground of course, enclosed, as the reason we would do this, is not to be in -30 degrees.

THE WALK OF FAME –
The Tiles will be strategically designed and embedded in the sidewalk, on both sides of the Wall.
Pedestrians walk where they feel comfortable and when they do not feel at ease, they walk elsewhere. A typical example is that filthy, distressed , or too narrow sidewalks induce pedestrians to walk on roadways. This behavior jeopardizes road safety and highly dangerous to most users, and leaves them vulnerable. Unsuitable pavements can be the results of irregular maintenance operations to restore evenness after winter damage, weather phenomena, installation of equipment, with a reduction of walkable surface, or substandard repair work on pavement and patches due to emergency operations. As a result sidewalks are not safe, nor comfortable, and least of all, not attractive.
These problems can be solved with an appropriate maintenance management system, which optimizes financial resources to make smarter decisions about how to intervene with an adequate and lasting maintenance operation . Many sidewalks may lack regular maintenance and will therefore result in a network of unsafe paths.
The sidewalks will have beautiful, meaningful, long lasting 2′ x 2″ “Tiles” embedded in them. The “Tiles” will highlight all the people across Canada that are and have been important, to all of us.
It is our intention to beautify, and make safe the “Sidewalks of Music City Manitoba” and to create one of the most financial rewarding aspects of the community. If we are going to be bringing 100s of thousands of tourists per year, we most certainly want to put our best foot forward. So to speak.

We will need Lawn Tables such as these. With the capacity of seating 8 – 10 people per table. If we can get them made in St. Laurent, so much the better. See if we can find someone to do something like this. These will be for the side and back of the Rec Centre, to serve Breakfast. We will need to seat up to 1000 – 2000 people. So, 100 – 200 of them.
To be placed in the Blue Outline Area. We may be able to use them in the arena, as well.
This would be the Cat’s Ass for a cover of the Amphitheatre Stage. Could also be used as storage on the off season. With our colours and Logo, of course, Make it to fit the stage, with sound & light rigging, and door locking.

This should be enough for paving the Parking lots of the Arena & Rec Centre.
This will be fully determined once we get the design and the tendering done.
That will create a more welcoming atmosphere for the Arena & Rec Centre, at no cost to them.

We can design this in away, where, each person can contribute a small fee, and get a big benefit.
*Maybe we can arrange for the people to come to the Rec Centre, and pick their spots, and pay for them there, and get their photos taken? We can pay them a commission for helping us do that.
For those that participate in this promotion, we will embed their Names, Photos, etc. into the pavement for 5 years, welcoming everyone that comes to the Arena & Rec Centre, on behalf of the town.
