We will enter into a Contra Arrangements with those companies/organizations,
with whom we may need goods, services, equipment etc. from such as…

In exchange for $20,000.00 in Computing Equipment
Music City Manitoba will give Uniway Computers a VIP Gold Sponsorship.
Normally sponsors receive a questionable benefit for sponsoring a charity or event. We, at Music City Manitoba have a much different approach.
A unique, special bonus has been created especially for Uniway Computers, and a few other very special organization, so that they will benefit greatly.
37 – 1 = Return Ratio
The Gold VIP Sponsor will receive:
♠ A 4 day / 3 – night Motor Coach Trip or a Motor Coach Day Trip to Music city Manitoba for 56 people with hotel accommodations, if required. Departing from a location and date, of their choice, for 4 years (1 – per year)
♠ The first 10 Gold VIP Sponsors will receive $1.00 per ticket that is sold for the entire 59 day event, for 4 years. This is a huge bonus! (Estimated to be 2000 people per day x 59 days =118,000 x 4 year = 472,000 people x $1.00= $472,000.00 in 4 years). Starting on the date we start selling tickets.
♠ The Gold VIP Sponsor will receive 885 Indoor and 1416 Outdoor – 60 second advertisements on our 18′ x 9.8′ Outdoor & Indoor LED Screens for the entire 59 – day event.
♠ The Gold VIP Sponsor will receive a page on this website for advertising purposes.
♠ The Gold VIP Sponsor will receive a specifically designed Kiosk just for them, strategically placed on venue grounds.
♠ We may even be able to have our buses depart from your facilities, if there is adequate room for buses to pick up and drop off passengers, on a scheduled basis. Thus, increasing traffic flow to your properties.
♠ Plus, we will show them how this sponsorship will not cost you a penny.
♠ Sponsorships are also Tax Write-offs.
♠ Uniway Computers will have first right of refusal for all other computer and tech equipment that Music City Manitoba may require for the first 4 years.

$1.00 x 59 days x 2000 people x 4 years = $ 472,000.00

1416 Outdoor LED Advertisements = $5,900.00 + GST = $6,195.00 x 4 years = $ 24,780.00

Specially designed Kiosk = = $6,000.00 x 4 years = $ 24,000.00
Planned future purchase of equipment over 4 years = $ 40,000.00
Participation of 56 people in all Tournaments, if wanted = $7,291.20 x 4 years = $ 29,164.80

WHAT WE WANT…
To create a long term supplier relationship with Uniway Computers(10 – 25 years).
For Uniway Computers to provide all the computer equipment, printers, phones, programs, etc. and maintenance to Music City Manitoba – St. Laurent, Canada, when required.
For Uniway Computers to help us create the most desired Music & Tournament Destination in Manitoba
WHAT WE NEED…
Uniway Computers to take care of all our equipment, inside and out, and other equipment we may have. From cleaning, upgrading, to hardware installation, to installing our favorite operating systems, basically cover all your needs, at all times, for up to 10 years.
Assistance in building a booking system for our bus program and a show tickets program.
WHAT WE WOULD NEED ASAP..A.
At least 4 of the very best computers with all programs available, loaded and ready to use.
Best security systems installed on each.
The best email program. Installed on each, ready to go.
The best, fastest, and largest capacity of storage, RAM, USBs available etc.. One big one, specifically designed for photos. Set up and ready to go.
Should all have screens of 31″ – 34 “ at least.
They should all have video cameras, and all set up for skype, conference calling, etc.
4 Tablets – for salespeople to access our website while on sales calls.
4 – iPhones
WHEN NEEDED…
As soon as possible.
We will increase our requirements as we go along, and when required. These will be phased in over the next 4 – 10 years. We may need up to 48 units in the next 4 years, and more, thereafter.
We can also use 1 Top of the line Apple – all in one computer – with all up-to-date capabilities such as Photoshop, and other designing programs. etc. Newest and top of the line programs with largest capacity etc.
VALUE: To Be Determined. Estimated to be $20,000.00 = 37 – 1 Return Ratio
All though we would prefer new equipment, it does not matter if they are reconditioned, as long as they work 100% and in uniform, in all aspects.
