The first 4 years beginning in 2026,  we can deliver up to 1118,000 tourists per year. Once the Entertainment Centre & The Glamping Pods are completed we can deliver up to 1.5 million Tourist for 312 days every year, thereafter.

 

BIG BENEFITS FOR THE TOWN.

We will be building a 300,000 sq. ft. Entertainment Centre (approx.) with 100s of beautiful, warm, & cozy Glamping Pods, in a St. Laurent, Manitoba, Canada. The entire process should take about 5 years.

In the meantime:

♠   We will deliver up to 118,000 Tourists per year for the first 4 years, for our preliminary events, (59 Days) 

      and up to 1,560,000 Tourists per year, thereafter.

♠   This project, long term, will create 100s of well paying, exciting jobs for the town.

♠   This project, long term,  will create a number of related businesses & industries (Such as – Glamping Pod Manufacturers, House Boat Manufacturers, Lawn Chair & Table Manufacturers, Port O Pottie Manufacturers, Corn Hole Boards Manufacturers, A Coffee & Meal Distribution Centre,  Laser Engraving Manufacturers), and many more, in the town. Deliver clients to your door, and give more business, to all the businesses in town. 312 days per year.

♠   This project will create an Economic Boom for the town, the likes of which has never been seen for a small town, anywhere in Canada, most certainly in Manitoba, that they don’t have at the present time, and never will have.

♠   We will create a dynamic promotional informercial, and a huge marketing campaign, for the town, and air it across North America. (To help put you on the mapso to speak)

♠   This project will create 100s of millions of dollars for the town, long term.

♠   Plus we will pay the town up to $4,720,000.00 for the 1st 4 years, and up to $93,600,000.00 million for the following 6 years, for the use of the facilities, and all related fees, and assistance we may require. This will go a long way in upgrading, improving, and maintaining your existing facilities, and in planning for even more exciting benefits for your citizenry.

♠   We will make your town the “Tourist Destination of Canada”.

♣   This is like filling up the Winnipeg Arena for a Jets game, 102 times per year. 

♣   or the Roger’s Centre in Toronto, for Blue Jays games, 36 times per year.

♣   or The Selkirk Rec Centre 520 times per year.

It is our intention to donate this entire project and company, to the town of St. Laurent Recreation Committee, once it is up and running. 

Due to age and health, the sooner the better!


The St. Laurent Cooperative Recreation Centre will be handling the entire liquor sales, for us. They get to keep all the profits from that, to help upgrade their existing facilities. We will supply the customers. We will assist them to raise even more money for that purpose, with special promotional events, prizes, & bonuses, etc.

Assistance in making sure everything runs smoothly.

Assistance in finding the absolute perfect piece of property in the town for our “Glamping Pod” Chalets.

Assistance in putting a team of carpenters etc. together to manufacture these units. Many full – time jobs.

Assistance in finding the best locations for various sports activities around the Rec Centre.

Assistance in finding people, organizations, and businesses to participate in this project.

Assistance in making local residents aware, and encouraging their participation, in all what we are planning to include and offering. 

Check to see if we can get the local Legion or some other organization ( eg. church, ladies auxiliary  etc.) to run the Waygo (Bingo) Tournament for us. We will pay them a good fee for doing that. 

Assist us in finding an organization/business to provide a Breakfast Buffet & a Fish Dinner. They can make huge money on this.

Contact the local organizations & businesses to see if they will participate in all the tournaments etc.

Arrange a Bombardier “Sight Seeing Tour”. All tourists will have to pay a small fee for a “ride” This will go to all the participating bombardier owners to help maintain the activity, and keep these amazing machines running, at the top of their game. (I got my first driver’s license using a bombardier, so this is really special to me).  We will try to promote this so that people will want to come to Music City Manitoba, just so they can take a ride!     I have half a song written about that already…    Stay tuned. We will post it here, when finished.

We will try to get Bombardier Inc. to be one of the Main Sponsor of Music City Manitoba – St. Laurent.

We need to use local participation, on anything and everything, as much as possible. After all, this is all for them.

THE COUPLE OF MINOR THINGS WE WOULD REQUIRE FROM THE TOWN ARE:
  1. The use of their Rec Centre (Arena) from about June 17 – August 14, (2027)  –  for the first 4 – 5 years. As you see we will pay a more than fair and equitable amount for that.  (Note: These are the slowest times for those types of facilities, and we will be more than happy to work around and in conjunction with a number of local events, to enhance those events, if there are any conflicts with dates.) The more seating capacity the better. This has been agreed to.
  2. The opportunity to secure a long – term lease of a “Large Field” – for temporary tenting purposes, outdoor sports activities, a temporary Amphitheatre location, and approval to construct the Music City Manitoba Event Centre, Glamping Pods, a Permanent Amphitheatre, and the Great Wall/Walk of Canada, and all that goes with that. The closer to the lake and/or the beach, the better. (This field should not be in a flood zone). We are working on the best solution to this.
  3. As much cooperation from the town as possible, including a designated person with responsibility, and with whom we can communicate with, and who has the authority to speak and make decisions on the town’s behalf. The Mayor (Reeve), CAO, Councilor, or Chairman of the Rec Committee, will be fine, as well. This has been agreed to.

A. Upon completing the task of “getting it all together”, the building constructed, and running at 100% efficiency, and totally paid for, we will donate the entire building, the Company, and the entire project, everything, with the booking/customer data base, along with  numerous sponsors (to help maintain it for many years to come, just for their cooperation, insight, vision, that your town provides).

B. We can begin training people from St. Laurent to be able to run and manage the whole thing, as soon as the town wants. The sooner the better!

 

We are no longer checking out other towns that may have neededa boost to their economy, we have found the perfect place, St. Laurent, Manitoba, Canada. who appreciates the potential benefits of this Epic Tourism Project.
