It begins with the cold clear waters of Canada’s most pristine lakes. In a tradition as old as the lakes themselves, fishers rise with the sun and set out. They brave wind, waves, snow, and even ice storms to reach their nets and draw in their catch; the world’s finest wild-caught freshwater fish.
Carefully prepared and transported according to the strictest guidelines, all fish arrive at our expansive inland facility. Every customer’s order benefits from our leading-edge technology and over 50 years of experience. From careful sorting to meticulous preparation to exacting packing, the handling and preparation of every product is measured against the highest food safety and quality standards not just in Canada, but all over the world.
Healthy, wild-caught freshwater fish with exceptional taste are processed with uncompromised quality assurance and continuous dedication to the highest standards. All fish are caught using artisanal methods by fishers who carry on a livelihood handed down through generations.

provided to us by the Freshwater Fish Marketing Board.
The World’s “so called” Biggest Fish Fry (Paris, Tennessee, USA) at this point revolves around fried catfish dinners 12,000 pounds to be exact), parades, dancing, rodeo nights, carnival rides, fishing and more.
This long-standing spring celebration began as “Mule Day” in 1938. After Kentucky Lake was formed, it became the World’s Biggest Fish Fry, a celebration of fishing, food and friends!
The goal of our Music City ManitobaFishFry is to make that record seem small.
With an estimated 120,000 pounds of Freshwater Fish expected to be served, over 59 Days, we should be able to surpass that Tennessee record easily.
We want to make sure that every guest goes home well fed, and content.
If you didn’t grow up around the delicacy of Manitoba Freshwater Fish, what we are serving might seem overwhelming.
The generous portions include Manitoba’s Freshwater fish fried to perfection, hushpuppies, coleslaw, beans, french fries piled high, and a cold drink to wash it all down.
Straight from Manitoba’s own freshwater lakes,
caught by Manitoba Fishermen, of course.
