♦♦♦ BENEFITS & INCENTIVES FOR OSKU STUDIOS
OPTION # 1
Beginning on June 18, 2026, and for the first 4 years, there will be 59 days during the summer, and will expand to 312 days per year, thereafter.
To begin with, and to ensure that we receive the best possible service / product supplies, we will agree to:

♦ Provide to Osku Studios with a (1) 6 Day/5 Night Train Trip to Music City Manitoba, including accommodations etc. 60 seats per train car for 4 years for family, friends, staff & in house promotions, etc.
We can assign a car for you, at any time, for any date within those 59 days / year, for the first 4 years.
Value: $60,504.00 per train car/year x 4 years = $254,016.00
♦ Over and above that, we will provide Osku Studios with a LED Video Screen (12 ft. x 8 ft.) in the most prime location available (Indoor or Outdoor) your choice, for 10 years. Osku Studios will be responsible in supplying those videos. Keep in mind, it would be possible to run up to 900 – 60 second commercials on those for a period of 15 hours per day. Most likely the best way to do that, is having a few commercials, on a loop.
Value: $50,000.00 – This does not include the value to be able to run up to 900 – 60 sec. commercials for a 15 hour day for 15 hrs/day x 59 days x 4 years. (Check out the cost to do that!)
♦ We will provide Osku Studios with the use of 1 Glamping pod for 7 days per year, for 4 years. for 2 – 4 people. (Time frame will take effect when the pods are ready).
Value: $4,645.00
♦ We will provide Osku Studios with a specifically designed and built Kiosk for 10 years.
Value: $5,000.00
♦ The Glamping Pod will be named after Osku Studios, for 10 years, and we will have signage to signify, that fact.
Value: $2,000.00
♦ Osku Studios will receive multiple mentions on all advertising we will do, across Canada & The US.
We plan on running about 7860 radio commercial per year x 4 years = 31,440 spots and that is just one radio station
Value: $1,257,600.00
♦ Sponsorships are Tax Write offs. Whatever your retail costs are for what you provide to us.
Value Estimated at – $60,000.00/yr x 4 years = $240,000.00
♦ If Osku Studios has any commercials, we can arrange to play them on every bus we run, each day. No charge.

ALTERNATE OPTION # 2:
$1.00 for every ticket we sell to Music City Manitoba – St. Laurent, for a period of 10 years:
Estimated to be 118,000 tickets per 59 days event, for each of the first 4 years = $ 472,000.00
Estimated to be 1,560,000 tickets per 312 days/year x 6 years = $9,360,000.00
This will be paid on a monthly basis by eCommerce.
Total value of this offer to Osku Studios in over 10 years,
is expected to be: $9,832,000.00
Starting on the date we start selling the tickets

Option # 2 – is probably the best for Osku Studios.
It is the most costly for us, but the easiest to do.
That is why we prefer it.
WHAT WE WANT…
To create a long term supplier relationship with Osku Studios (10 – 25 years).
For Osku Studios to provide all design/video graphics etc. to Music City Manitoba – St. Laurent, Canada, when required.
For Osku Studios to help us create the most desired Music & Tournament Destination in Manitoba & Canada.
WHAT WE NEED…
Osku Studios to take care of all our graphic design and video requirements etc. From designing posters to producing videos, voice overs, and TV commercials to basically cover all our needs, at all times, for up to 10 years, with fair and equitable pricing.
Osku Studios to provide us with a comprehensive suite of professional and graphic design services to meet our diverse needs.
To have Osku Studios deliver exceptional design solutions that will effectively communicate our brand’s vision. Including domains, design, illustrations, formatting, prepress, and digital work, and to handle a wide range of design challenges across print, and digital platforms, ensuring that our unique demands are met with a fresh perspective and innovation that will resonate with our target audience.
We would expect Osku Studios to provide us with professionalism and a commitment to excellence, and the understanding that every project is unique, and to provide us with tailored strategies that will align with our business goals. As well as, to provide for us design disciplines for creating logos, branding, B2B and B2C communications, print and digital advertising, point-of-purchase displays, outdoor signs and billboards, clothing packaging, web design, social media design, and much more.
Assistance in building and creating a booking system for our bus program, and a show tickets program.
