*** We would like to enter into a “Contra Agreement” with Sprung Structures 

for an approximate  – 90′ Wide x 60 ‘ Deep Armadillo Door Structure, with 4 green rooms in the back,

 delivered, constructed, erected, and completed, by March 31, 2026, for this Gold VIP Sponsorship.


We estimate the cost of this Structure will be approximately $1,000,000.00

This building will serve as a stage, and the door will serve as a curtain for the entertainers.

We should include 4 Green Rooms at the back of it, for entertainers. Sizes to be determined.

The building will be used, as a storage facility, when it is not in use.

Should have a connection in the back, to have access to the arena, where the other dressing rooms, washrooms etc. are. 

Will need an area for the power supply, as well.

We will need trusses for the Sound, Lights equipment, in the appropriate places.

 
 

 

With this Gold VIP Sponsorship Sprung Structures will receive:

 

1 – 4 Day/ 3 Night Complimentary trips (5 Buses) for 280 people for 4 years. Departing from a time and place of your choosing. All 280 passengers will receive a VIP Gold Pass

$10.00 for every Music City Manitoba Pass that we sell for the 59 day event for 4 years. (Estimated to be $10. x 2000 people x 59 days x 4 years)

Deposits starts the day we sell the 1st Music City Manitoba Pass.

in year 5, or sooner

We will eventually require a bus garage, as well. Up to 44 Motor Coaches, and a dozen or so Shuttle buses, etc. With Bus Wash.

 

Other information.

♠    Plus, we will show Sprung Structures how this segment of the sponsorship will not cost them a penny.

♠    Sponsorships are also Tax Write-offs.

♠   Sprung Structures will have first right of refusal for all other structures that Music City Manitoba may require for the first 10 years.
