It is our intention to invite 6 of our most appropriate performers, for this tour, particularly from the groups that will be performing in our 59 Day Events, to participate in the Great Western Canada Promotional Tour.

Music City Manitoba will provide a Bus, Meals & Accommodations, secure all the venues that we can, as well as the advertising, and promotions, of these tour within those towns, and surrounding areas.

We will include a trailer to be pulled by the bus, for all equipment, that may include a portable stage, if necessary, as well as a couple of roadies.

It is our hope that there will be adequate equipment from all six groups to accommodate our needs for this tour.

It is our plan to have about 64 dates to perform, within the 3 – 4 month timeframe, however, if it is successful we can add many more towns, and dates, as we see fit, for as long as we want, right across Canada, if we want.

To further enrich our groups, the Music City Manitoba Corporation will provide to each member, of each group, a Black Gold Membership Card, and all the benefits that go with that card.

Please Note:

As there is a serious financial benefit for each member, of each of our groups, both in the front end, and in the back end, that have this card.

Therefore, we would expect the absolute best deal from the chosen groups that we can get. As we have no idea if we can fill up each place, each night, and how much of a draw each of these groups will have. But, that should become apparent after the first few towns we do.

REMUNERATION PROGRAM FOR EACH GROUP PER NIGHT

Estimated Costs for the Great Western Canada Promotional Tour.

Motor Coach & Trailer for 66 days x $2,000.00/day = $132,000.00 + GST

* Accommodations – 18 rooms for 65 Nights x $127.00 + Taxes = $148,590.00

Meals – 30 people x 2 meals x $15.00/meal x 66 days = $59,400.00

Sound & Lights & Crew – 65 Nights x $3,000.00 + GST = $195,000.00

Advertising & Promotions 13 months x 30 days/mo. x $1,000.00 / day = $390,000.00

Giveaways per day $1000.00 x 65 days = $65,000.00

Miscellaneous –

Total Estimated Costs: $989,990.00

or about 17.2% of Gross Revenue.

* Rooms are based on double occupancy. A more precise number will be used once we know exactly the number of rooms we will need,

and exactly what the cost per room per night is…

LET’S ASSUME THAT ON AVERAGE WE BRING OUT

1 Night of shows $59.00 + GST

2 Nights of shows $99.00 + GST

1500 people on average per night per town x $59.00 = $88,500.00 CDN X 65 NIGHTS = $5,752,500.00

(Many of the venues can seat up to 3000 – 4000 seats – we will not book anything under 1000 seats unless absolutely necessary)

or 2 Nights x $99.00 + GST = $4,826,250.00 (or whatever combination thereof)

Therefore, the first 18% – $1,035,450.00 – will go towards the cost of Transportation, Accommodations, Sound & Lights & Meals etc.

(this may cost more or less per day, but we will use that for now)

Then we can split the balance 50 / 50 of $4,717,050.00

50% for Music City Manitoba – $2,358,525.00

& 50% for the 6 groups – $2,358,525.00

Divided by 6 groups = $393,087.50 CDN each

(for 90 minutes x 32 nights = 48 hours of work

Therefore, each group will receive about $12,288.00 CDN per night for performing per town,

plus of course, what they will receive from their Black Gold Membership.

Please note.

1 – Set of 3 groups will perform on say Friday, and the 2nd set of 3 groups will play on Saturday, and so forth.

So, they will always have 1 day off and Sundays between performances, and so on.

That is approximately $393,087.00 CDN per band for approximately 48 hours of work.

Add the total from the chart below, and you will get the final total of what you can earn.

Your band doesn’t have to do the work of lining up your gigs, of even getting to the gigs.

Note:

As we believe that we may have a few extra seats on the bus, it will be fine with us, if you wanted to bring your significant other to

tag along for some of the trips, if you would like, based on seating availability.

The better the bands we get the better for us to sell seats more easily.

each member of each of the groups that participate in this tour will receive:

The Normal cost of a 4 year Black Gold Membership to the Club, is $1800. + $100. Registration Fee + GST = $1995.00

Each member of each band gets one of these, at no cost.

This card will earn each band member ($0.25 x 118,000) = $29,500.00

(This applies to the packages we sell for the 2027 – 59 – day events)

Plus, the card will allow you to come out for 116 Days, in 4 years, to see up to 6 shows per day.

Your bonus will be paid out after we sell the 1st 118,000 Music City Manitoba Passes of any kind, to the Main Event. Not a minute sooner. So, don’t ask!
